Talk to an engineer What should I include in the first message?
The load in kW, the required backup time, the phase and voltage, the site country, and any certification requirement. A simple load list is more useful than a long description.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
Every complete inquiry is reviewed by an engineer. The first reply normally confirms the missing information or returns a capacity range; the full configuration follows after the load is confirmed.
Do you provide prices without a configuration?
A price without the capacity, topology, battery, and runtime is not comparable. We quote the configuration so the price includes the battery, the monitoring, and the documentation.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes, for project documents and drawings. Send the NDA with the inquiry and we will review it before sharing detailed drawings.
Do you support site visits?
For project orders, factory visits and remote commissioning support can be arranged. Site installation is normally handled by the local contractor.
