The product pages on this site give the working specifications. For a tender, a design submission, or a customs file, you may need the model datasheet, the dimension drawing, the battery configuration sheet, or the commissioning checklist. Those documents are issued against the exact model and configuration.

How do I request a document?
Send the model, the project country, and the document you need. If the project is a tender, include the specification clause you are responding to. If the document is for customs, tell us the destination port and the importer’s requirement.
We do not publish every drawing on the website because the values change with the configuration. A 10 kVA UPS with a 1-hour battery has a different drawing from a 10 kVA UPS with a 4-hour bank. The document must match the order.
Do you provide CAD or BIM files?
For project orders, we can provide dimension drawings in PDF and, where available, DWG. BIM models are not available for every frame. Tell us the frame and the level of detail you need; we will confirm what can be issued.

Yes, the standard datasheets are in English. Other languages can be prepared for project orders on request.
Can I get a drawing before placing an order?
Yes, for a defined configuration. Send the model, the battery runtime, and the site conditions; we will issue a preliminary drawing for review.
Do you provide IEC 62040 test reports?
Model-specific reports are available for qualifying models. Tell us the model and the destination country so we can confirm the current revision.
Can you issue a certificate of origin?
Yes, for export orders. The document is prepared with the shipping documents and the importer’s instructions.
How long does a document request take?
Standard datasheets are usually sent quickly. Custom drawings and test reports depend on the model and the document control process; the quotation states the expected date.
