1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations, order confirmations, and product information issued by HENGLAN. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Product information
The product pages describe the product families and selected nominal specifications. They are not a binding offer. The model sheet, the quotation, and the order confirmation define the actual configuration, the battery, the documentation, and the commercial terms.
Specifications may change without notice when a component, a standard, or a production process changes. We aim to keep the pages current, but the model-specific datasheet prevails.
3. Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to the availability of the model and the battery.
- An order is binding when we issue an order confirmation and receive the agreed deposit or letter of credit.
- Lead time is confirmed in the order confirmation and starts from the later of the deposit, the approved drawings, and the approved artwork.
- Incoterms, payment terms, packing, and warranty are stated in the quotation and the order confirmation.
4. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the load list, the site voltage and frequency, the installation conditions, and the local conformity route. The buyer is also responsible for the civil works, the cable installation, the upstream protection, and the permits, unless a written scope says otherwise.
The buyer must confirm that the product is suitable for the destination market and that the installation is carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, and product photography on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may share links and short quotations for evaluation, but you may not republish the content, the images, or the design as your own without written permission. Product model names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit false inquiries, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the content at scale, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may restrict access when we detect abuse.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party pages, such as standards bodies or certificate issuers. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
The technical content is provided for general project guidance. It is not a substitute for a site survey, a load study, a structural check, or the model-specific datasheet. The sizing calculator returns a first-pass estimate and is not a binding specification.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of this website or from a configuration that was not confirmed in a written quotation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s place of business. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent court or arbitration forum stated in the order confirmation.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the site, the product range, or the legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
