TL;DR

A micro-module data centre from 20 to 600 kVA that integrates racks, precision cooling, UPS and monitoring as one room-scale system. It is delivered as a configured module rather than assembled from four separate trades on site.

Overview

What this platform is built to do.

A micro-module data center integrates the racks, the modular UPS, the row cooling, the PDU, the access control, and the environmental monitoring into a prefabricated footprint. It is used when the IT room must be deployed quickly, expanded in phases, or built in a space that is not a conventional data center.

The range includes pool-level and row-level configurations. The pool-level system uses a modular UPS from 30 to 600 kVA, row cooling from 12.5 to 60 kW, and a closed cold aisle. The row-level system uses 20–150 kVA modular UPS, 3.5–12.5 kW cooling, and 2–10 racks.

The micro-module is a project, not a box: the room, the power, the cooling, the fire detection, the access control, and the monitoring must be coordinated. Share the IT load, the rack count, the redundancy target, and the room dimensions for a layout.

Fast deployment

Prefabricated power, cooling, and racks reduce site work.

Phased growth

Add racks and UPS modules as the IT load grows.

Closed aisle

Cold/hot aisle containment improves cooling efficiency.

Integrated monitoring

Temperature, smoke, water, access, and video on one platform.

FAQ

Micro-module DC: project questions.

Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.

Talk to an engineer

What is a micro-module data center?

It is a prefabricated IT room that integrates racks, UPS, cooling, power distribution, access control, and monitoring. It is faster to deploy than a conventional data center build.

How many racks can it hold?

The pool-level system supports up to 10 racks; the row-level system supports 2–10 racks. The exact layout depends on the room and the cooling path.

Can it be expanded?

Yes. The modular UPS and the rack/cooling design allow phased expansion. Plan the power and cooling headroom at the initial build.

Does it include fire suppression?

The system provides the fire detection and the interface for gas suppression. The suppression cylinders and the approval are project-specific.

How is it shipped?

The modules are shipped as prefabricated sections or as a kit, depending on the size and the destination. The packing and the site assembly plan are confirmed in the project scope.
