Isolation and control transformers from 25 VA to 500 kVA across the BK, SG, OSG and YG families, plus series reactors. They handle voltage matching between supply and equipment, and the harmonic duty that a plain transformer is not rated for.
What this platform is built to do.
The transformer and reactor range covers the magnetic components around a UPS or AVR installation: single-phase control transformers, three-phase dry-type transformers, isolation transformers, and the reactors used with PV, Siemens, Fanuc, Syntec, and KND drive systems.
The BK series covers 25 VA–10 kVA single-phase; the SG/OSG series covers 1–500 kVA three-phase; the YG series covers 0.5–500 kVA. The reactors are matched to the drive or the PV inverter to reduce harmonics and protect the semiconductor devices.
Selection depends on the primary/secondary voltage, the kVA, the insulation class, the enclosure, and the harmonic spectrum. Share the single-line diagram and the load for a transformer or reactor selection.
Isolation

Transformers: project questions.
Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.
Talk to an engineer Why use an isolation transformer with a UPS?
It provides galvanic isolation, can change the voltage, and can reduce common-mode noise. It is used when the load and the supply have different grounding or voltage requirements.
What is a drive reactor for?
A reactor reduces harmonic current and protects the drive or inverter from dv/dt and short-circuit stress. It is matched to the drive model and the motor load.
Can you customize the primary and secondary voltage?
Yes, the transformers are built to the required primary/secondary voltage. Send the single-line diagram and the kVA.
Is the transformer dry type or oil-immersed?
The standard range is dry type. Oil-immersed transformers are available on request for specific projects.
How do I size the transformer?
Size from the load kVA plus margin, and check the inrush, the harmonic content, and the temperature rise. Share the load profile for a selection.
