An industrial AVR from 1 to 600 kVA across the AD-DTS, KPBS, JJW and JSW platforms, for CNC lines, welding equipment and process machinery that tolerate voltage poorly but draw heavily. Selection turns on the input window and the load type, not the kVA alone.
What this platform is built to do.
The industrial AVR range groups the application-specific stabilizers from the catalogues: AD-DTS three-phase AVR, KPBS high-power AVR, LHD contactless AVR, JJW single-phase AVR, JSW three-phase AVR, and CNC machine AVRs.
These units are selected by the load type and the environment rather than by a single generic specification. A CNC machine needs a fast, compact AVR; a plant incoming supply needs a high-power frame with a manual bypass; a laboratory needs ±1% precision.
The range covers 1–600 kVA with ±1–2% output, wide input windows, RS485 monitoring, and industrial protection. Share the load, the input voltage, and the panel space for a model-specific selection.
Series fit
Match the AVR to the machine, the panel, or the plant incoming supply.
Precision options
±1% contactless and precision series for labs and CNC.
High power
KPBS frames extend to 600 kVA for plant-level loads.
Industrial protection
Overload, overvoltage, phase loss, and bypass options.

Industrial AVR: project questions.
Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.
Talk to an engineer Which industrial AVR should I choose for a CNC machine?
The CNC-specific AVR is usually the best fit because it matches the machine’s panel space and load profile. Share the machine model and the input voltage for a selection.
What is a contactless AVR?
A contactless AVR uses electronic switching instead of a carbon brush, so there is no brush wear. It is used for precision and low-maintenance applications.
Can KPBS handle a 600 kVA plant load?
Yes, the KPBS range extends to 600 kVA. The input current, breaker, cable, and room layout must be engineered for the frame.
Do these AVRs provide backup?
No. They correct voltage only. Add a UPS or generator for outages.
Do you provide the matching transformer?
Yes, isolation and dry-type transformers can be supplied with the AVR. Share the primary/secondary voltage and the load kVA.
Send the load list. We will return the configuration.
