An SBW servo stabilizer from 10 to 2000 kVA for plant-scale loads, correcting wide input swings with ±1–5% output accuracy. It is the frame used where a whole factory or building is regulated at the incoming supply.
What this platform is built to do.
The SBW series is a heavy-duty servo stabilizer for large industrial and commercial loads. It uses solid copper columns, a servo motor, and a precision control system to hold the output at ±2% while the input moves across a wide window.
Single-phase models cover 10–100 kVA; three-phase models cover 50–2000 kVA. The series is designed for laser cutting machines, elevators, machine tools, CT and MRI equipment, and other high-power loads that need a stable supply and a robust overload capability.
The controller uses DSP and offers a manual bypass, forced-air cooling, full protections, and RS485 monitoring. The SBW is a stabilizer, not a UPS: it corrects voltage but does not provide backup.
High-power capacity
Up to 2000 kVA for plant-wide and medical installations.
Robust construction
Solid copper columns and a servo drive built for harsh power environments.
Manual bypass
Service the stabilizer without interrupting the load.
RS485 monitoring
Remote voltage, current, and alarm data.

SBW stabilizer: project questions.
Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.
Talk to an engineer What is the difference between SBW and SVC?
Both are servo stabilizers. SBW is the heavy-duty range up to 2000 kVA with solid copper columns and a robust frame; SVC is the standard range up to 100 kVA with a more compact cabinet.
Can SBW run a CT or MRI?
It is specified for high-power medical equipment, but the exact model depends on the imaging system’s inrush and the room’s supply. Share the equipment datasheet before ordering.
Does SBW provide backup?
No. It corrects voltage but does not store energy. Add a UPS for outage ride-through.
Is the manual bypass included?
The SBW series includes a manual bypass for maintenance. Confirm the bypass configuration for your installation.
Can it be installed outdoors?
The standard enclosure is indoor-rated. For outdoor installation, use a protected enclosure with ventilation and the appropriate IP rating.
