Our work starts with the load list, not the catalogue. We calculate the capacity, select the topology, size the battery bank, and document the interface between the stabilizer, the UPS, and the distribution board. The buyer receives a configuration that can be installed, not a box that has to be re-engineered on site.

Manufacturing
Cabinet assembly, wiring, and testing are carried out by manufacturing partners in Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Foshan. The production scope covers UPS, servo and contact stabilizers, VRLA batteries, lithium modules, and inverters. The factory is selected for the product family and the project, not for a single catalogue line.
Engineering
The engineering work is the load review, the topology selection, the battery calculation, and the interface drawing. It is the part that prevents a 10 kVA UPS from being installed on a 45 A single-phase supply, or a lead-acid charger from being connected to a lithium module.
Quality
Incoming inspection, assembly checks, burn-in, load test, and final inspection are recorded. The test record covers the input/output voltage, load current, battery voltage, transfer, and alarm functions. Project orders can add a factory acceptance test and a witness test.
