A supplier that answers the engineering question first.
We quote the configuration, not just the box: capacity, battery, monitoring, documentation, packing, and the interface with the rest of the power path.

A quotation is built from five inputs — load list, runtime, site conditions, compliance route and commercial terms — and a complete inquiry is answered within 24 hours. Unit prices are not published because the same frame is sold in configurations that differ by battery, runtime, input window and document set; the offer states the configuration line by line so it can be compared with another supplier.
Five things turn an inquiry into a usable quotation.
Load list
The running kW, the largest motor or compressor, and the load profile. A nameplate sum is not a load list.
Runtime
The backup time, the generator availability, and the battery room. Runtime is a battery decision, not a UPS feature.
Site
Country, voltage, frequency, phase, altitude, ambient temperature, and installation room.
Compliance
The destination market’s conformity route and the documentation your tender requires.
Commercial
Incoterm, port, packing, lead time, warranty, and payment terms.

Project inquiry
Send the load list, runtime, site, and destination. We will return the configuration and the commercial offer.
What we need to know about the order.
We do not publish fixed MOQ or lead times because they change with the model, the battery, and the branding. The quotation states the exact terms for the configuration. A complete load list is reviewed and answered within 24 hours.
Which certificates and test reports can be issued?
Certification is a model-specific statement, not a logo. For a tender, ask for the document that names the model, the standard, and the revision date. The table lists the documents a project buyer can request; availability depends on the frame, the battery, and the destination market.

Three order types, three different clocks.
Lead time is not one number. It depends on whether the unit already exists in the configuration you need, whether it has to be built into that configuration, or whether the design or the branding has to change. Those three cases are quoted separately because they consume different parts of the factory.
Stock models
Catalogue models in the standard voltage and battery configuration, no branding change.
- What sets the date
- Availability of the frame and the battery block at the time of order.
- Lead time
- Confirmed in the quotation
Built to order
Catalogue model with a different battery string, runtime, or output configuration.
- What sets the date
- Production queue position, battery allocation, and the factory test slot.
- Lead time
- Confirmed in the quotation
Custom / OEM
ODM change, OEM branding, destination-specific documents, or a non-standard frame.
- What sets the date
- Engineering review, new test programme, artwork approval, and document scope.
- Lead time
- Confirmed in the quotation
The production date is fixed in the quotation and again at the purchase order, once the configuration, the documents and the destination port are agreed. Nothing on this page substitutes for that confirmation.
Supplier questions.
Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.
Talk to an engineer What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, the battery configuration, and whether OEM branding is required. A single project unit is possible for standard models; OEM labeling and custom packaging have a higher MOQ. The quotation states the exact MOQ.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM labeling, packaging, and documentation are available for qualified orders. ODM is possible for a defined product and volume. Artwork, label content, and approvals are confirmed before production.
What payment terms do you accept?
The standard terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment, or a letter of credit for larger orders. The exact terms are agreed in the order confirmation and depend on the project and the destination.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, the battery, the documentation, and the production queue. It is stated in the quotation and confirmed at the purchase order. Custom and project orders take longer than standard units.
Which Incoterms do you use?
EXW, FOB, and CIF are the common terms. The quotation states the Incoterm, the port, and what is included. Destination charges, duty, and clearing are the buyer’s responsibility unless a delivered term is agreed.
Can you supply the complete power path?
Yes: UPS, servo or contact stabilizer, battery, and inverter can be configured as one package. The interface between the stabilizer, UPS, and distribution board is documented in the single-line diagram.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. The site is for B2B project buyers, distributors, contractors, and integrators. We do not quote retail or home single-unit purchases outside a project context.
What documents come with the quotation?
The model datasheet, the dimension drawing, the battery configuration sheet, and the available test reports. For a tender, we add the compliance statement and the deviation list.
Which certificates can you provide for a tender?
Typical documents are ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, IEC 62040-1/-2/-3 test reports, IEC 61558 or JB/T 10089 for the stabilizer, IEC 60896-21/-22 for VRLA, and UN38.3 with MSDS for lithium. Destination schemes such as NRCS, PS/ICC, BSTI/BDCS, SONCAP, SASO/SABER, and PVoC are handled with the importer. Availability is model-specific.
Can you provide a certificate that names our model?
Yes, for qualifying models. Send the exact model, frame, battery, and destination market. We return the current certificate or test report that names the model, or state clearly which document is not available so the tender can plan an alternative.
How fast will I receive a quotation?
A complete load list, runtime, phase, site country, and certification requirement is reviewed and answered within 24 hours. Incomplete inquiries are answered with the missing items so the project can move forward.
Send the load list. We will return the configuration.
Tell us the kW, the backup time, the phase, and the site country. You will get a capacity recommendation, a battery configuration, and the model sheet.
