A precision air conditioner from 3.5 to 110 kW with temperature and humidity control, EC fans and RS485 monitoring, for data centres and equipment rooms. It holds set point continuously, which comfort split units cycle around and cannot guarantee.
What this platform is built to do.
The ADS and AD series are precision air conditioners for data centers, equipment rooms, and critical spaces. They control temperature and humidity within a tight band and run continuously, unlike a comfort air conditioner.
The range includes room-level units from 25 to 110 kW and smaller row/room units from 3.5 to 12.5 kW, with air-cooled or chilled-water options. The units use EC fans, R410A refrigerant, and a high-precision controller, and can be integrated with the room’s monitoring system.
Selection depends on the IT load, the room volume, the redundancy target, the heat rejection path, and the humidity requirement. Share the room dimensions, the IT load, and the ambient design conditions for a cooling layout.
Tight control
Temperature and humidity control for equipment rooms.
Continuous duty
Designed for 24/7 operation, not comfort cycling.
Row and room
Wall, row, and room-level formats for different densities.
Monitoring ready

Precision AC: project questions.
Project-specific answers. If your question is not here, send the load list and the site conditions.
Talk to an engineer How much cooling does a data center need?
The cooling load is approximately the IT electrical load plus the UPS and lighting losses. A 100 kW IT load needs about 100–120 kW of cooling, distributed across N+1 units.
Precision AC or comfort AC?
A comfort unit is designed for people and cycles on/off. A precision unit holds temperature and humidity within a tight band and runs continuously. Use precision AC for equipment rooms.
Can it be integrated with the UPS room monitoring?
Yes, RS485 and dry contacts can be connected to the room monitoring system. Confirm the protocol with the BMS/DCIM integrator.
Do you provide the outdoor unit?
The air-cooled configuration includes the outdoor condenser, model-dependent. Confirm the heat rejection path and the available outdoor space.
How is redundancy achieved?
N+1 redundancy is achieved by adding one more unit than the load requires. The units share the load and the controller rotates the duty.
